Flight Department’s mission is to make communication and planning for general aviation travel more seamless. Our AI chat based services can fulfill your private aviation needs. Flight Department saves travelers time and improves the overall experience. Our AI-driven chat technology and experienced team will work closely on every trip you fly, and we’ll make sure your requests are delivered and confirmed.

Flight Department’s planned phases for the evolution of its technology platform are:

Phase 1 (Beta): Our AI powered concierge team answers your chats and communicates directly with FBOs live. All of your communication with Flight Department can be done via text chat and we will ultimately confirm your reservations and services.

Phase 2 (Production): Participating FBOs will be able to download Flight Department’s chat client and communicate with its customers directly while Flight Department makes sure that all chat requests are answered and confirmed.

Flight Department is currently in Beta. We encourage you to share feedback and help us get better. During the beta period services will be free unless you are engaging in a service that requires payment.
